Slip x Thread Bulkhead Fitting

Slip X Thread Bulkhead Fittings are bulkheads that have interior smooth slip on the large flange side of the bulkhead and are threaded on the interior smaller section. The most common use for this bulkhead style is in an overflow box where you have a thread drain hose. When used in the back wall of an aquarium the slip side will allow slip fitting screens to be used on the inside of the aquarium and the thread side on the outside is used for threaded PVC fittings to be used on the exterior thread side. Please remember the rubber gasket always goes on the water side of the fitting.
